- We recommend using Organic Exotic Basil Essential Oil in a diffuser for aromatherapy.
- Add a few drops of Organic Exotic Basil Essential Oil to a warm bath, it can help soothe muscular and menstrual pains.
- Make your own massage oil blend by adding Exotic Basil Essential Oil and your other favourite essential oils to a carrier oil.
