How to Use: |

Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser to boost energy, improve focus, and clear the mind. Headache Relief: Dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil and massage into temples and back of neck. Muscle Relief: Mix 3-5 drops with a carrier oil and massage into sore muscles and joints for a cooling, soothing effect.
