Returns Within 14 Days

Returning Your Items
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Please ensure items are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- Essential oils (once seal is broken)
- Personal care items that have been used
